Raffaella graduated in law at the University of Genoa and has a Master Degree in “Marketing and International Business Communication”. She started her career in leading agencies in Italy and then in the UK, where she gained experience as a business analyst and quantitative market researcher. She joined ICONS in 2012 to carry out market studies on EU-funded projects in renewable energy. Since then, she has specialised in dissemination and media communication of projects in the area of bioeconomy, renewable energy and smart cities.
She is Science communication director, responsible for ICONS’ EU-funded programmes.
